Campaign Designs & Process

LEFT: Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Campaign, RIGHT: Marketplaces Campaign

These Campaigns were designed and published by me on the BORN website under the Views Section. Which were accompanied by a PDF, social media posts as well as emails.

The Design Process

It all begins with an idea.

I start off with past campaigns designs as well as the copy needed for the campaign. Then I begin some basic wireframe concepts.

Idea 1.

I continue to develop the 1st concept which was approved and try out lots of different styles and colours.

Combine them.

Using the wireframes, inspirational images, and the copy I then generate some initial design ideas which gets reviewed for further exploration.

Idea 2.

Brainstorm similar colour schemes and new layouts for the 2nd concept which was favoured.

Crown the winner.

I then add in the copy, and really think about the layout, infographic elements, how the animations could work and think about the fined tuned details until the final design is selected out of the developed concepts.

Get inspired.

Based on the copy the client has provided I then research some inspiration images which could fit the aesthetic of the campaign.

Idea 3.

Play with colour, layout and different styles for the 3rd concept.

Winning colour scheme.

After the final design is approved, it’s a matter of simply selecting the right colours to match the campaign and then adding animations and other links! (V8 was chosen)
